Each day begins with dynamic warm-ups and high-energy flag football activities designed to get campers moving and engaged right away. Morning sessions focus on core flag football skills including passing, catching, route running, defensive positioning, and flag pulling through structured drills and small-sided games. Campers play both indoors and outdoors, with snack breaks provided by Play Hamilton and scheduled outdoor playtime throughout the day.
After lunch, campers transition into organized scrimmages and game-based play, rotating teams throughout the week and applying skills learned during the morning sessions. Afternoons emphasize gameplay, teamwork, and strategy in a competitive but supportive environment that keeps athletes motivated and having fun.
A mid-week Water Day adds extra excitement and variety, and every camper receives a Play Hamilton camp t-shirt and takes home prizes at the end of the week.
